Poster sessions will be held in
Grand Ballroom 7-8 at the JW Marriott Austin.
Presenting Authors must be at their posters during the
Welcome Reception.
All times are listed for

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- no larger than 44" tall by 30" wide.
- A section at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
- Printing should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 feet.
- A copy of the abstract must be incorporated into the poster or attached as a separate sheet.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes.
The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Thursday, May 18, 2017 and will remain online as part of the permanent archive.
- The ePoster submissions have closed. The deadline was 1 PM Central Time on Tuesday, May 16, 2017
- ePoster Files can not be changed but printing can still be ordered before 1 PM Central Time on Tuesday, May 16, 2017
