Poster File Submission

Enter TS2010AM in the Conference Code box at left.
Follow the remaining instructions for submission. You will be prompted to confirm the Title, Author(s), and any Keywords pertinent to your poster.

Format Requirements
|
|
Posters should be 48" high by 48" wide (122cm by 122cm).
A title section at the top of the poster must contain:
 title of the poster
all authors
author's affiliations
Files should be in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file type.
Fonts other than standard Windows (US-English) TrueType must be embedded within the file.
Graphics and digital photos should be at least 150 dpi in their final printed size. For example, a digital photo that will be printed at 4" x 6" on your poster should be at least 600 x 900 pixels in its original format.

The Triolgical Society has partnered with Genigraphics to provide an easy and cost-effective solution for poster production.
After you upload your file for the ePoster session you will see an option to order a printed poster. Your poster can be shipped anywhere in the
US or Canada, or have it delivered directly to the Bally's Convention Center.

Please note: A representative from Genigraphics will be on hand from 8am-9:30am on Friday April 30th to distribute the poster prints. Please go to the poster session meeting area in the Event Center, North Tower to pick up your poster.
Posters must be put in place between the hours of 8am-9:30am.
