All Poster Presenters are required to display a printed poster. Genigraphics offers free design reviews, on-site delivery, and can even hang your poster on the display board. We print from all of the major presentation and design applications: PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, and more. No one matches our personal service, quality printing, and attention to detail.

Note To determine your poster's slide size, open your file and:
- In PowerPoint for Windows, go to the Design tab, click Slide Size, click Custom Slide Size
- In PowerPoint for Mac, go to File, then Page Setup
- In PDF, hover your cursor in the bottom left corner of Adobe

Quantity: Select how many prints you need at this size and in this finish. You can add additional sizes and finishes as separate line items. Provide the details for the first line item, add to cart, and then you can add more line items.

Handouts: Color handouts are a valuable add-on to any poster session presentation. We print on premium bond paper at 600dpi to provide a crisp, clear snapshot of your poster. Available in three sizes: 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, and 11 x 17.

When ordering handouts try to find the size that best fits the proportion of your poster. For instance, a 36 x 48 poster scales nicely to 8.5 x 11 handouts but on 8.5 x 14 it would leave several inches of white space on either side. The 8.5 x 14 and 11 x 17 sizes are of similar proportion and, as you can see in the examples, a 36 x 60 poster works great with either size.

Velcro Dots: Set of 3/4" hook-side dots for use on fabric panels.

Our Velcro Dots are easy to apply and provide a clean, smooth display of your poster without unsightly pushpins. Just peel the self-adhesive dots from the strip and place them around the perimeter on the back of your poster. We recommend about 12" apart along the top, 12-18" along the bottom, and a few on each side. Then attach the top center of the poster to the fabric board, smooth it out to the sides, and you're all set!

One package of 12 dots is enough for posters up to 36" x 48" or 44" x 44". For larger sizes, and laminated posters, we recommend two sets.

A convenient way to carry and protect your poster, our premium tubes are 3" diameter plastic and 'telescope' to hold 36" or 48" posters. Your poster goes back into the tube easily! Includes a carrying strap.
