POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- A QR code that links to the original poster/slide deck may only do so on the ASCO Meeting site.
- QR codes should not link out to the full text of the abstract without prior permission from ASCO.
- QR codes may not link to copies of the audio/video presentation.
- QR codes cannot link to websites with advertisements or for-profit company branding or logos. This includes for-profit company names in the URL.
- Poster presentations and Handouts should not contain any of the following: commercial logos, company names, brand or proprietary drug names.
- Please clearly print one email address on your poster for attendees to refer to should they have any questions or comments at a time when you are not standing with your poster.
- List the title and all authors.
- You are strongly encouraged to use a font size greater than 22 pt (or 3/8" high when printed).
- All material should be readable from distances of three feet or more.
- Format of poster is LANDSCAPE (horizontal).
- The poster board is sized 47" high by 95" wide. The poster boards have a 1" metal frame. Reducing the poster a few inches allows it to mount flat without the edges curling.
- Posters should be no larger than 47-inches high and 95-inches wide (120 cm high by 240 cm wide)
