Poster sessions will be held in
Halls 2-3, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
All times are listed for
Central time zone.

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- Poster should be no larger than 72 inches wide by 36 inches high (182.88 cm wide and 91.44 cm high).
- Posters should be printed in landscape (horizontal) format
- Each presentation should contain a top panel listing the permanent abstract number, the title of the abstract, and the names of the authors.
- Files must be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) file format. PDF is preferred.
- Poster content should be easily read from a distance of 6 feet.
- You are strongly encouraged to use a font size greater than 22 pt (or 3/8" high when printed).
