POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- Poster should be no larger than 72 inches wide by 36 inches high (182.88 cm wide and 91.44 cm high).
- Posters must be printed in landscape (horizontal) format.
- Each poster should include a top panel displaying the permanent abstract number, abstract title, and author names.
- Files must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) format. PDF is preferred.
- Poster content should be easily readable from a distance of 6 feet.
- Use a font size greater than 22 pt (approximately 3/8" high when printed) for best readability.
