POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- no larger than 44" tall by 30" wide in a Vertical Portrait format.
- A copy of the abstract must be incorporated into the poster or may be attached as a separate sheet.
- A section at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
- Files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format.
- Fonts other than standard Windows TrueType must be embedded in the file.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes.
The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2026 and will remain online as part of the permanent archive.
- Files must be submitted no later than 8 AM Central Time on Monday, March 30, 2026
- Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format is highly preferred. Files may also be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) file format.
- Any non-standard fonts must be embedded within the file.
