POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- A section at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
- Poster content should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 feet.
- Files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format.
- Files should be no more than 5MB in size.
- AUDIO FILES of up to 5 minutes in length can also be attached, but this is OPTIONAL. File formats accepted: mp3, wav, ogg, m4a.
- VIDEO: of up to 5 minutes can be attached, but this is OPTIONAL. Please upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Zoom, etc & enter the URL hyperlink when uploading your poster
- Posters should be VERTICAL and must be no larger than 44" tall by 30" wide.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes.
The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Monday, February 3, 2025 and will remain online as part of the permanent archive.
- The ePoster submissions have closed. The deadline was 6 PM Central Time on Thursday, February 6, 2025
- ePoster Files can not be changed but printing can still be ordered before 6 PM Central Time on Thursday, February 6, 2025
