POSTER SESSION SCHEDULE

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.

ACA's recommended size is square 40” high x 40” wide (101.6 cm x 101.6 cm)
Posters should be no larger than 40" high by 45" wide (101.6 cm high x 114.3 cm wide)
A section at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
AUDIO FILES: to be considered for a prize, the poster needs to have a 3 minute audio file presentation. It should be no more than 3 minutes and can be mp3, wav, ogg, or m4a.
VIDEO: of chemical reactions or rotations of a molecule can also be included, but this is OPTIONAL. Videos should not be presentations of your poster.
To include a video, upload it to YouTube/Vimeo/GoogleDrive/Zoom & enter the URL when uploading your poster
Poster files must be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or PowerPoint (.ppt or.pptx) file format. Fonts other than standard Windows TrueType must be embedded in the file.
Poster files should be no more than 10 MB in size.
