Poster sessions will be held in
the Exhibit Hall. Poster Pickup is left of exhibit hall entrance when entering (near Registration).

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- Posters should be No larger than 45" tall by 45" wide. There will be 2 posters per side of the board.
- Font Size: Titles, legends, graphs, and illustrations should be read easily at a distance of 3-5 ft. Text font should be no smaller than 1/2".
- Prepare a label for the top of your poster space indicating the title and authors of your presentation. The lettering for the label should not be less than 1 1/2".
