Poster sessions will be held in
Ballroom AB.
Presenting Authors must be at their posters during the
"Meet the Authors" Presentations.
All times are listed for

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- Posters must be no larger than 44" tall by 44" wide.
- Poster content should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 feet.
- Files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes.
The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Tuesday, January 16, 2024 and will remain online as part of the permanent archive.
- The ePoster submissions have closed. The deadline was 1 PM Central Time on Sunday, January 21, 2024
- ePoster Files can not be changed but printing can still be ordered before 1 PM Central Time on Sunday, January 21, 2024
