POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.

ORS's preferred poster size is 42" high by 45" wide. There are 2 posters on each side of the board which is a total of 96” horizontal x 48” vertical.
Posters must reflect the material summarized in your abstract.
A HEADING that includes the title, authors, and affiliation. This heading must be mounted at the top of the board. Lettering should be large enough to be read at least eight feet from the board.
TEXT, FIGURES, AND GRAPHS, legible from four feet away.
It is the ORS policy that accepted posters must be on display for the assigned poster session. We will be checking to make sure posters comply with the ORS policy.
Authors are required to stand at their poster to answer questions during their specified time.
