POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- Posters should be no larger than 45 inches high and 68 inches wide (114.3 cm high by 172.7 cm wide)
- Prepare a label for the top of your poster space with the title and authors of your presentation. The label's lettering should not be less than 1 ½”.
- A printed "number" identifying each station will be provided.
- All presenters are required to display a statement disclosing any conflict of interest related to your abstract.
- Illustrations should be large enough to be read from distances of about 3-5 feet.
- Text should be approximately 1" high for minor titles and all text should be a minimum of 1/2" high.
