POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.

Posters should be no larger than 48 inches high and 72 inches wide (120 cm high by 180 cm wide)
The poster board is sized 48" high by 72" wide. The poster boards have a 1" metal frame. Reducing the poster a few inches allows it to mount flat without the edges curling.
Prepare a label for the top of your poster space with the title and authors of your presentation. The label's lettering should not be less than 1 ½”.
A printed "number" identifying each station will be provided.
All presenters are required to display a statement disclosing any conflict of interest related to your abstract.
Illustrations should be large enough to be read from distances of about 3-5 feet.
Text should be approximately 1" high for minor titles and all text should be a minimum of 1/2" high.
